💳 Refund Policy

At H M RubelArt, client satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to feel confident when ordering illustrations and creative services.

1. Eligibility for Refund

   • If you are not satisfied with the final artwork, you are entitled to request a refund.

   • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the final delivery.

2. Refund Amount

   • A refund will be issued for the full payment minus a 20% processing fee.

   • The processing fee covers administrative, transaction, and production costs incurred during the order.

3. Refund Process

   • Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Exceptions

   • Refunds are not available for orders where the client has already used or published the delivered artwork.

   • Partial refunds may be considered in special cases, depending on the scope of work completed.
